Help

Now That's a Skeet lets you give a Bluesky post a trophy 🏆. You get one trophy a day, so choose well!

Quick start

  1. Sign in with your Bluesky handle. The app never sees your password.
  2. Open Search. Look up an account, or search for words. You can use both together, and add dates.
  3. Tap Award 🏆 on a post and confirm. That's it. Your trophy for today is spent.

Common questions

How do trophies work?

Everyone gets one trophy per day. The day changes at midnight UTC (the button says “Used today” until then). Each post can only be awarded by you once, you can't award your own posts, and a trophy can't be taken back.

What happens when I award a trophy?

Three things:

If the author has turned off quoting, the bot can't quote the post. The trophy still counts, and Trophy posts tells you so.

Why can't I award a post?
Who can I give a trophy to?

Anyone on Bluesky, as long as your account can see the post, including people who haven't joined this app. Use Search to find them. Replies and reposts aren't listed when you browse an account, but searching for words can find replies too.

What are Trending, Profiles and the Leaderboard?

Each post shows the profile pictures of everyone who gave it a trophy. Tap one to visit their profile.

Can I like and repost from here?

Yes. The ♡ and 🔁 buttons under each post are ordinary Bluesky likes and reposts from your own account. Tap again to undo. If you see a note asking you to sign out and sign back in, that's a one-time step so Bluesky can grant the app that permission.

What does the 🔒 note on a post mean?

Some people set their Bluesky account to be seen only by logged-in users. We respect that: signed-out visitors see a 🔒 note instead of their post text, and a plain circle in place of their small picture in the list of who gave a trophy. Once you're signed in, you see everything.

What does the app save, and what can it do on my account?

Still stuck?

Message @professorkiosk.wtf on Bluesky. That's also the place to ask about the bot's posts or about your data.
